The proposed project, which has an estimated value of up to EUR 31.5 million equivalent will require the procurement of the following goods, works and services to be financed from the proceeds of the EBRD and NEFCO loans and E5P grant:• Construction of biogas production and cogeneration facilities• Installation of new grit chambers at WWTPs 1-4 The tendering for the Project is expected to commence in October 2017.Contracts to be financed with the proceeds of loans from the EBRD and NEFCO and a grant from E5P are subject to the EBRD Procurement Policies and Rules and are open to firms from any country. The proceeds of the EBRD and NEFCO loans and E5P grant will not be used for the purpose of any payment to persons or entities, or for any import of goods, if such payment or import is prohibited by a decision of the United Nations Security Council taken under Chapter VII of the Charter of the United Nations or under a law or official regulation of the Employer\'s country.Contract for Chemical precipitation plant at WWTPs 1-2, to be financed from JFN grant and local contribution, will not be subject to EBRD Procurement Policies and Rules and will be procured via a separate process.Interested suppliers and contractors should register interest with:Contact Details:
