Descrierea achiziţiei publiceThe overall objective of the project is to support Türkiye in its efforts towards accession by upgradingTürkiye’s administrative capacity for the effective implementation of the EU Acquis. The mainpurpose is to provide technical assistance to the Directorate for EU Affair for the implementation ofthe Jean Monnet Scholarship Programme(JMSP).The contractor will provide technical assistancecovering promotion of the JMSP via awareness raising activities; identification of the relevantinstitutions and extending the network with these host institutions in all EU countries; assistance tothe selection and supporting the placement of scholars and provide orientation to scholars byorganizing predeparture seminars; monitoring the scholars' welfare and academic performance duringtheir studies; strengthening the communication channels with the JMSP alumni network, throughorganizing networking events for scholar
