eparation and executive design of the monitoring system, verification, procurement, preparation, installation, activation, and testing of all the required components to establish a national monitoring system. The system, to be replicated in the future on a national scale, is composed by two monitoring units, located in Sinaia and Sacele municipalities (associated with two terrain instabilities) and one national management center located in Bucharest Moreover a training activity shall be conducted in order to form specialized personnel to manage the system. 4.The latest delivery date is 20 days from contract signature; the system shall be installed and activated within 45 days, and training shall be completed within 60 days. A technical support, maintenance and warranty service is required for the duration of 3 years. Additional details are provided in the Bidding Documents.
