and Rural Development now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for supply of (i)120 ultrasonic transit time (insertion type) water meters (65 water meters with one track and 55 water
meters with two tracks);nstallation services for the Goods supplied;nstallation services for the Goods supplied;training in installation, start-up, operation and maintenance of the supplied Goods.All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of RON 90,000 or an equivalent amount in a freely convertible currency.

4.Bidding will be conducted through the international competitive bidding procedures specified in the World Bank\\\'s Guidelines: Procurement under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits, January 1995 (revised January and August 1996, September 1997 and January 1999), and is open to all bidders from eligible source countries as defined in the Guidelines.

6.
