The project is subject to the EBRD Procurement Policies and Rules.The Client now invites expressions of interest from suitably qualified individuals who are interested in providing assistance to the client to facilitate the timely and effective implementation of the Project by providing the Employer with the translation services.The main task is to assist the PIU in the implementation of the above project by providing high-quality translation and interpretation.The Translator should be able to demonstrate the following qualifications/skills:• Higher education in humanitarian sciences (management, business administration, foreign languages, etc.).• Have excellent spoken and written skills in Tajik, English and Russian languages.• General work experience as translator and interpreter no less than 5 years;• Work experience as a translator/interpreter in international organisations and/or organisations financed by international donors no less than 3 years;• Professional skills in making specific translations concerning road construction area are preferable;• Excellent computer skills, knowledge of Microsoft applications.The assig
