Descriere contract: Software upgrade for SWIM compatibility of the AMHS/AFTN System installed and operating at ROMATSA (TopSky AMHS System) Functional and Technical Specifications are presendted in the document "AMHS SWIM Technical Specification" attached. Conditii referitoare la contract: A services contract will be signed between the parties. Conditii de participare: Considering that the purpose of the upgrade, the bidder must know in detail (the source code of the application) the AMHS/AFTN System (TopSky AMHS System) installed and operating at ROMATSA. Criterii de atribuire: The lowest price provided that the technical requirements within the Functional and Technical Specifications are met.
