The Government of Romania has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Strengthening Foundations for Improved Justice Service Delivery Project (Foundations Project), and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services.
The consulting services (“the Services”) include the following activities:
provide advanced and specialized expertise in application software and database management, in order to augment the Support Center and address the skill gaps from the Support Center.
Also, the Consultant will provide hardware, database and application software-related support services (assistance and routine diagnostics and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance) and ensure that the hardware, database and software systems operate efficiently, minimize downtime, and address any technical issues that may arise for the current „in use” RMS version, as described in the chapter below Scope of Services. Software maintenance will include access, provision and installation of the latest database and application software support and patches from their manufacturer (i.e., Oracle software support and maintenance);
ensure continuous training for RMS new users and new members of RMS Support Centre th
