trict Reference No. CS-1-2-2 The Government of Romania has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Strengthening Foundations for Improved Justice Service Delivery Project, and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services. The consulting services (“the Services”) objectives are to carry out the final stages of Design required by the Romanian legal framework in force, namely the Technical Project (Technical Documentation for Building Permit – P.A.C.+P.A.D.+P.O.E., Technical Project including the Execution Details – P.T.+D.E. and also including the furniture and the other necessary endowments of the envisaged Justice District), and to provide technical assistance to the Ministry of Justice, through the Department for Implementation of Externally Financed Projects (DIEFP, also “Client”): i) for elaboration of the bidding documents for the anticipated procurement of the predicted works contract and ii) during civil works execution up to their successful completion and taking over.
