ignment Title: Consultancy services for Design and Technical Assistance for 7 schools in Galati, Giurgiu, Teleorman and Vrancea County The Government of Romania has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Safer, Inclusive and Sustainable Schools Project (SISS Project) and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services for Design and Technical Assistance. The SISS Project objectives are to improve the resilience, energy efficiency and learning environment of selected Project schools, and to increase institutional capacity for integrated investments in schools in Romania. The consulting services (“the Services”) include design services and technical assistance during the execution of works for the consolidation or construction of the educational units listed in the TOR. (carrying out the feasibility study, the technical project and the details of execution and technical assistance during the execution works) in order to rehabilitate, consolidate, extend or rebuild pre-university school units in high seismic areas located throughout the country. The Consultant will provide the services and provide the documents and reports described in Section Description of Services - Terms of Reference.
