agreements between the Republic of Serbia and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (the ‘Bank’), the World Bank and the European Investment Bank, the Government of the Republic of Serbia constructed the sections of the Corridor X Highway, e.g. Highway E80, sections from Prosek to Dimitrovgrad (Border crossing with Bulgaria), in total length of 59,6 km, and Highway E75, sections from Grabovnica to Levosoje, in total length of 74,1 km.The Republic of Serbia is represented by the project implementing entity, acting as the Contracting Authority Koridori Srbije d.o.o. for a project to construct and rehabilitate certain sections of the Republic of Serbia road networks with objective to facilitate sustainable economic development and ensure that the country capitalizes on its geographical position to continue its development as a key transit country on the Trans-European Network as well as to increase transport efficiency and improve traffic safety in Serbia.The proceeds of the loan from/ grant administered by the Bank will be open to firms from any country unless otherwise specified and will not be used for the purpose of any payment to persons or entities, of for any import of goods, if such payment or import is prohibited by a decision of the United Nations Security Council taken under Chapter VII o
