In the period since the OJEU Notice was published GUHG has decided to reassess its requirements for the framework and the procurement process itself and therefore it is not possible to make any contract award on the current terms. GUHG\'s intention is to publish a revised OJEU Notice shortly, which will notify the market of the commencement a new competitive process for its gas and electricity framework arrangement.
