The Framework agreement is concluded for a period of 5 years, with the option to extend the agreement by one (1) year twice. • Delivery of an initial order of 19 quadruped Robot Systems which are scheduled for Q1 2025/ Q2 2025. • Optional follow-on deliveries/replenishment, evaluation, improvements and/or developments are foreseen after delivery of the initial delivery and ends 5 years after signing the Agreement. • A Maintenance Agreement for 5 years after first delivery to perform intermediate (ILM) and depot level maintenance (DLM).
