Through the urban growth agreement, the parties have committed themselves to reach the zero growth in passenger traffic by car. That is, the passenger car traffic should not increase even if the city grows in population. We need to walk more, cycle more and travel more collectively. It is the Mobility and Transport Unit that participates in the "Miljøpakken" cooperation on behalf of Trondheim municipality. The unit is located under the director area Industry, transport,climate and environment.
