br>Procedura este accelerată: nuPrincipalele caracteristici ale procedurii: The aim of the procurement is to cover the contracting authority ́s need for services connected to new general valuations of the relevant property categories for property taxes, with new valuations from 2026. Property taxes shall be issued in accordance with the Property Tax Act §§ 2 and 3a. In order to ensure a good and flexible process, it is important for the contracting authority that communication with the municipality ́s administrations and committees, as well as the public is safeguarded in a good way. Tenderers shall use their expertise and competence to contribute to fulfilling the aim of the contract. Prerequisites: The assignment shall be carried out in the period May/June - October/November 2025.The property tax decision for 2026 shall be politically processed as soon as pos
