The service recipient has unspecified pervasive development disruption. The child welfare service has the right to services from the Child Protection Act and the Health and Welfare Act. It must be assumed that in the start-up it must be 2:1 24 hours a day. Night guards must be awake at night. The aim of the services is to help the user live and live as independently as possible and to have the most meaningful existence possible, cf. The Act on health and welfare services § 1. The work assignments consist of environmental work, guidance and practical assistance. Furthermore, employees shall assist in social activities, medical follow-up and practical tasks outside of the household.
