;This is a new notice for a service concession for the lawyer scheme. Lawyers who are in the current scheme must now re-apply. This shall ensure that asylum seekers get the legal assistance and guidance they are entitled to and that the award of lawyers is in an orderly manner. UDI ́s lawyer scheme shall ensure assistance to foreigners in cases pursuant to the Immigration Act § 28, see the Immigration Regulations § 17-20. UDI has regional lists for the Northern, South, East, Inner East, West and Mid-Norway regions. In addition, UDI has a law guard scheme that handles cases with particularly short deadlines, such as urgent cases and Dublin cases.
