Hemit HF, hereafter known as the Customer, its existing contract expires in winter 2025 and a new contract is needed for support and maintenance of Cisco Network Equipment. Support maintenance means, among other things, access to updated software for the equipment, as well as spare parts and replacement of them. The agreement includes completion procurements of licences and maintenance for equipment stated in Annex 7 Annex 1.The procurement includes EA (Enterprise agreement with manufacturer Cisco) for Enterprise networking, wireless and switching. EA is in an active period and may be relevant for renegotiation with the chosen tenderer. Equipment included in the EA agreement is given in Annex 3 Annex 2.The scope of the contract is for equipment that the Contracting Authority currently has, which is listed in Annex 3 Annex 1 and any new procurements that the Contracting Authority has to make in the contract period. All 3650 in the list will be replaced with a 9xxxx model. See Annex 1
