on. The announced total value is estimated to NOK 700 million excluding VAT. The competition is for a competition over the EEA threshold values set in the Regulations on Defence and Security Procurements (FOSA) and it follows the rules in this regulation's part I and II. This is a competition form with a prequalification, which means that only tenderers who fulfil the qualification requirements will be able to submit tender offers.
