The contracting authority reserves the right to enter into parallel regional framework agreements with up to 4 tenderers (IMPORTANT!: subject to a contract signing with only one tenderer), i.e. if a sufficient number of suitable tenderers are participating, a maximum of four regional parallel framework agreements can be signed.  Options: Helse Fonna HF shall have an option to join the agreement.
