The guest documentation at the hotel is clearly different from ordinary hotel operations and it is therefore very important that the hotel driver exercises great flexibility to meet the special needs that the guests at the hotel have, for example, by late check-out from the hotel. The tenderer who is awarded the contract will be obliged to enter into two contracts; an operational contract and a hire contract. The operational agreement regulates which services shall be available at the hotel and how these shall be carried out. The tenderer who is awarded the contract will also be the tenant of the hotel for as long as the operational contract is in force. The hire contract will further regulate the obligations that the tenderer has during the duration of the rental relationship.2.1.1.
