The inconvenienced top floor was added in 1974-76 and is the building's 5th floor. The building currently has an area of approx. 17,400 m2 GFA. The building originally had 4 light farms, one of which was reconstructed in 1980. In the 1970s significant work was carried out in the building ́s basement. The building is generally well preserved and is solid with high craftsmanship quality in all building parts. Tenderers who are awarded the contract will be obliged to undertake work for KORO or an artist related to art for this construction project.
