The project ́s environmental goals are anchored in the environment programme, which is a part of the governmental development plan. The environmental programme is a guideline for the environmental requirements in each sub-project ́s environmental follow-up plans, where the requirements are specified as whether there are new buildings, renovations, demolition etc. The aim of the assignment is to provide consultancy in accordance with the environmental programme and the environmental follow-up plans and follow-up environmental management throughout the entire project. The tenderer who is awarded the assignment must have the ability to handle security graded information, see the tender invitation point 2.7 Security.
