The building is in Art Nouveau style and designed by architect Henrik Bull. The building emerged as very modern with waterklots, electrical lifts, central heating installations and aeration installations. The building is currently used by the Ministry of Finance and offices for political management and administration. The total area is approx. 17,400 m2 GFA. The functional areas in the building mainly comprise meeting rooms and workplace areas. The building shall be treated as listed. The assignment includes architect services in all the remaining phases of the execution of the sub-project G block in the Project New Government Block. The chosen tenderer will have the role of responsible engineering architect (PRO ARK) in accordance with the requirements in SAK 10 §12.3. Tenderers who are awarded the contract will be obliged to undertake work for KORO or an artist related to art for this construction project.
