Candidates who reach the competition will be called in for compulsory training in the various services and programmes. The hourly rate will be NOK 1,500 when the contract is signed. In addition there will be travel and any stay expenses. It is difficult to estimate the value of the procurement, but based on historical figures the estimated value is NOK 40 million. This applies from both the restructuring areas, but also co-financing from Innovation Norway. This is not binding for the Contracting Authority, however.
