eProcedura este accelerată: nuPrincipalele caracteristici ale procedurii: Lnett intends to procure a project and portfolio management system that can function right after implementation, but which over time can see to the contracting authority ́s needs. As a starting point, the Contracting Authority wants to cover the need for a "off-the-shelf system", with options to adapt and further develop functionality according to the Contracting Authority's new and/or changed needs. The contracting authority always has approx. 1,000 ongoing projects in its Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) environment. Most of the projects are development or modification projects. In addition the portfolio consists of administrative projects such as improvement project and other types of investment project (IT tools etc.). Maintenance of the electricity network is also planned through the maintenance project in D365.2.1.1.
