The procurement concerns the procurement of kitchen equipment as described in Attachment 2 - Requirement Specifications, but also includes control measurement, transport, assembly/installation and follow-up. Estimated value of the contract: NOK 4,000,000 - Expected delivery and installation: Q3 2025. The contractor will provide a more specific date after the contract is signed. The contractual relationship will be regulated by NS8406 with revisions prepared by the contracting authority. The procurement is covered by the Public Procurement Act dated 17 June 2016 no. 73 (the Procurement Act), and the Public Procurement Regulations dated 12 August 2016 no. 974 (procurement regulations). Parts I and part III of the regulations apply for this procurement. The contract will be awarded in accordance with the open tender contest procedure, cf. PPR § 8-3.The contracting authority plans to award the contract without having a dialogue with the tender
