os. 5 and 6. The paramount aim of the service is to provide facilitated follow-up that helps persons master their living conditions and can live safely and well in their own home. The service shall provide uniform follow-up that promotes the users' experience of self-mastering, safety and good quality of life in their own home. The service shall include follow-up in all areas that are significant for the users ́ living conditions and that promote stability, mastery and self-care. The service shall be provided to users who rent a residence by the service provider. The residences shall be connected to a personnel base. A follow-up service agreement will be signed between the tenderer and district, whilst the rent contract will be signed between the tenderer and the user in accordance with the Tenancy Act. The service shall be staffed on day, evening and weekend/public holiday.
