The auditor's report shall confirm whether the annual accounts are in accordance with the law and regulations, whether it gives a correct picture of the legal subject's financial position by the end of the year and whether its results and cash flow for the financial year end in accordance with the Accounting Act's rules and good accounting practice in Norway.
