The sum sum of this shall enable the companies and its management to be better able to obtain the right capital at the right time. Many Norwegian early phase companies have problems in obtaining capital because the shareholder finance is inconclusive, with many different preferences and rights. This makes it difficult for companies to obtain fresh equity in the later race. Innovation Norway has therefore developed a digital competence programme on capital strategy. The digital course is open to everyone, it is free, a
