There are approx. 20 users in Øygarden municipality who need BPA. This need may change. The concession contract involves full responsibility for the operation and remuneration for the chosen tenderers. This means that tenderers do not receive a fixed amount from the contracting authority and that the contracting authority does not guarantee a minimum volume of the services, as this depends on the user ́s choice.
