The objective of the framework agreement is to ensure that the Norwegian Health Network and entities in the governmental health administration, with underlying entities, access to a framework agreement for coverage of all needs connected to the purchase and hire of licences, as well as renewals for existing licences, upgrades, trade-in etc. In addition the framework agreement shall include technical and consulting consultancy services within licences, products, technology and systems in our product portfolio. The procurement comprises five sub-contracts. Sub-tenders can be submitted for one or several of the sub-areas of the procurement. There are no limitations in the number of sub-contracts that can be awarded one and the same tenderer. Parallel framework agreements shall be signed with up to 3 tenderers per sub-area and within each sub-area will rank the chosen tenderers in prioritised order.
