ation and further development of chatbots as a service is important, so that the Norwegian Public Roads Administration is connected to developments and can follow updates in the market. The objective and scope of the procurement is to find a tenderer who can provide: • Access to a platform with chatbot as a service, including manual chat and speechbot, and consultancy services to assist internal resources.
