apply to layout, pipes, mechanical, HVAC, steel/trusses and electro. Other contracts will redevelop and renovate the building in the period where this contract completes its engineering design, so that it will be ready for the installation and assembly of the deliveries of this sub-contract. The contractor will be responsible for fabrication of pipe and steel works, in addition the contract includes the procurement of a number of components such as pumps, valves and heat exchangers, as well as the complete delivery of HVAC installations for both the building and the incineration system for the oil boilers.
