ƒ: Negociată cu publicarea prealabilă a unei proceduri concurenÈ›iale de ofertare / competitivă cu negociereProcedura este accelerată: nuPrincipalele caracteristici ale procedurii: In accordance with the Expanded National Library Strategy 2020-2023, the National Library of Norway shall establish a service that provides one common access to metadata for Norwegian libraries – a metadata well. The purpose is to make the production, sharing and use of bibliographical data efficient and easy for libraries and service developers. The metadata well shall be based on an entity-based data model in accordance with LRM (IFLA Library Reference Model) and RDA (Resource Description and Access). Users of the service get access to metadata both as open linked data and in MARC 21. Entities referenced in the metadata descriptions must be assigned globally unique identifiers. The metadata well shall not contain copy data or circulation data, but must keep track of where the data comes from (provenance) and other necessary administrative data, including control of user rights. The main flow of data will come as ongoing harvesting from the National Library's metadata supplier, but data can also come from libraries or other trusted sources.
