Cancellation of competition and total rejection We regret to inform you that we that we see ourselves forced to cancel the competition for NRK MA2779/14E Framework Agreement for purchase of Video Servers. We have lined up must-requirements in the tender, that most of the providers could not meet on the deadline of the tender. A formal complaint argues that providers who do not meet the must-requirements must be rejected. NRK find it difficult to dispute the complaint. The number of remaining providers in competition is not enough to ensure a genuine competition and to enter into parallel framework agreements and furthermore, an unsuccessful tender process.
