This is done by building 2 new, modern ferry quays at new locations. The old quays shall not be demolished in this contract and the vessel shall go to them during the entire construction period. In the construction period access shall be made to the houses that are located inside the installation area on both ferry leases, as regards residents, sanitation, operation of roads and emergency services.
