NRK is the treatment manager for most of our treatments. Parts of NRK's processing of personal data are subject to the exemption from freedom of provision and information. NRK enters into agreements with suppliers that involve the processing of personal data on behalf of NRK. It is crucial to have a good reputation, both internally and externally regarding the processing of personal information. NRK shall procure a data protection representative who shall carry out the assignments on the basis of a service contract, cf. gdpr art. 37 no. 6. NRK's data protection ombudsman shall report directly to NRK's broadcast manager, but shall be independent in its role. This means that the Data Protection Officer shall not be instructed in the execution of its work assignments
