The system shall ensure efficient administration of budget applications, reporting, statistics collection and data validation from different cultural institutions, at the same time as facilitating integration with existing IT systems.  We would like the system to be implemented by 1 October 2025 so that it is operative when the institutions shall deliver their budget applications 1 November.
