The material processing machine (the sorting machine) shall be wheeled and have a raising cabin. It shall also be constructed as a material processing machine/sorting machine. It shall, thus, not be a rebuilt excavator, as these shall be seen as less suitable as regards intended use. The machine is normally used Monday -Saturday year round for up to 14 hours a day. It is therefore important for the contracting authority that the machine is reliable and has a service apparatus with good availability. The tenderer shall as an option offer to take the machine that the contracting authority currently uses in trade-in. See point 2.3 in the tender documentation for a site inspection and point 10 in the contract draft (Annex 3 to the tender documentation) for further information. The contracting authority shall have an option to lease the machine for 0 over 60 months instead of purchasing the machine. See point 11 in the contract draft (Annex 3 of the tender documentation) for further information.2.1
