e accelerată: nuPrincipalele caracteristici ale procedurii: The framework agreement mainly includes legal advice/assistance in concrete child protection cases, in writing and orally, as well as preparing and holding cases for the County Board and the law courts. In addition lawyers are requested to provide professional updates/courses for the child welfare service ́s employees. The contracting authority would like to enter into a contract with a tenderer who has lawyers with good competence and experience in the field. The contract period is 2 years from signing of the contract. The contracting authority shall have a unilateral right to an option to extend the contract for a further 1+1 year. The option for an extension will take effect automatically unless the contracting authority informs the tenderer otherwise. The estimated value for the entire lifetime of the agreement, including options, is between NOK 2 million and NOK 4 million excluding VAT. The maximum value of the framework agreement is NOK 4 million excluding VAT.2.1.1.
