The refugees have had a short residence in Norway. The common denominator will be that they have little knowledge of Norwegian working conditions and that they have little or no work experience from Norway. Participants will have different individual needs and can include persons with both minor and moderate assistance needs in order to get in or keep work. The course participants will as a rule have completed Norwegian training 5 days a week over a period of 2 months. The Norwegian knowledge will estimated be approx. A1-A2 level orally. Some course participants will only have English as their working language, but then for approx. A2 level oral.
