e entrance to all of the municipality ́s statutory services for inhabitants, businesses and organisations. The employee help is equivalent to the digital entrance to services for the municipality ́s employees, hired and representatives. Both the Inhabitant Help and The Employee Help use many underlying components/integrations for digital dialogue, case inspections, applications for grants, tickets, cash registers and booking etc. and a number of integrations have been established between the municipality's systems and components to ensure the best possible digital flow and automated services and processes. Bergen municipality currently has an agreement with Bouvet Norway AS, which includes assistance with the development and management of the digital service platform. The assistance includes system design and programming code on the service platform with the accompanying integrations. We currently have development teams with regular participants from both the supplier and Bergen municipality. We currently have the option to scale the teams and possibly supplement with competence and capacity. Bergen municipality has the team management itself. This agreement expires and the municipality needs a new contract to secure the services further. The new contract shall supplement the municipality ́s own capacity and compe
