The procurement is for 2 years with an option for a further 1+1 year, so that the total possible contract period is 4 years (until 20.08.2028 if the options are taken up). Notification of extension shall be given in writing at the latest 3 (three) months before the framework agreement expires. The framework agreement ́s estimated and maximum value is NOK 6,000,000 excluding VAT. The estimate is made based on historical figures and/or expected future use in accordance with our best judgement. The estimate does not involve any obligations to withdrawal or purchase.
