For major individual call-offs and project procurements with a value of at least NOK 50,000, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to make these outside of the contract, also if the tenderer cannot meet the contracting authority ́s need for the type of gases and quality. Gases with nutritional quality and prescription gases are exempt from the extent, but there is an option for this, cf. point 2.4 below. The framework agreement is for new hire agreements and the procurement of gas for bottles and batteries via the Framework Agreement. The existing contracts for the hire of bottles (user rights/certificates) expire the period for which they have been paid, and it is possible for the Contracting Authority to use the supplier for which the right to use/
