I.e. tenders can be submitted for either all four product groups or for one or several of the product groups. The tender letter must clearly state which product groups a tender is submitted for. Tenderers must be able to deliver all the products within the submitted product group(s). Parallel framework agreements will not be signed, if several framework agreements are signed, they will be divided between each product area. The contract will be valid for two years, with an option for the Norwegian Food Safety Authority for an extension for up to two years (one year at a time). The contract ́s estimated total value is approx. NOK 4 million excluding VAT (including options). The stated consumption/extent is an estimate based on previous procurements.2.1.1.
