isăProcedura este accelerată: nuPrincipalele caracteristici ale procedurii: The objective of the procurement is to meet the contracting authority ́s need for excavation of municipal technical sites and transport. Excavation of municipal technical installations, water and sewage installations and summer and winter maintenance on roads.  Transport for ordinary assignments shall be included in the tender. The procurement will consist of two sub-contracts. Parallel framework agreements will be signed with 2-4 tenderers for each sub-contract. The hire of crew mainly applies to skilled workers at facilities. See the price form. The contracting authority can choose to hold mini-competitions between tenderers.  The award criteria for such competitions can be price, assignment comprehension, competence and delivery time. The use of criteria and weighting can vary from assignment to assignment, but explicit information shall be given for each competition.2.1.1.
