dură: DeschisăProcedura este accelerată: nuPrincipalele caracteristici ale procedurii: The aim of the framework agreement is that the Contracting Authority shall be fully-worthy covered with legal competence within its disciplines when the need for external assistance occurs. The framework agreement shall cover the Contracting Authority's need that goes beyond own legal resources, or competence, and assistance shall be provided at short notice. Experience from the Contracting Authority will require legal assistance for these areas: 1. Planning and building law2. Administrative law3. EEA law4. The Gdpr Directorate for Building Quality (the Contracting Authority) would like to enter into a contract with three tenderers. The contract will be signed for two - 2 - years, with an option for a contract extension for one plus one (1+1) year. The estimated value for the entire lifetime of the agreement, including options, is between NOK 2 million and NOK 4 million excluding VAT. The maximum value of the framework agreement is NOK 4 million excluding VAT. It is not possible to estimate what the value distribution between the suppliers will be. The estimate and maximum value are not binding for the contracting authority. The Contracting Authority has no purchasing obligation on the contract. In the ev
