The procurement also includes simple inspections of any errors at the emptying facilities and reporting to the contracting authority. The general considerations for emptying and transporting are in accordance with the local regulations on emptying sludge etc., §1 Purpose: The regulations aim at ensuring health, environmentally and financially responsible collection, transport and treatment of sludge installations in Tønsberg municipality.
