veillance systems that increase the foreign service ́s ability for detection, notification and monitoring of events at its foreign stations. As a starting point, there will be a need for the delivery of material, configuration, installation, commissioning, training, support for the operation, maintenance and support of the alarm and video monitoring systems, as well as facilitation for local operations at the foreign stations. The need is mainly for fixed installations at established stations, but it will also include systems that can be used in temporary locations and on journeys.
