This only applies when at least 30 percent of the employees in the company or the programme have a disability or are disadvantaged, cf. PPR § 16-9. The aim of the procurement is to meet the contracting authority ́s ongoing need for textiles for institution patients and health personnel in an efficient way and to reduce the transaction costs connected to the service. The contracting authority believes that a good and close dialogue with the tenderer throughout the entire contract period is decisive for fulfilli
